This website is operated by Metalinvest Remko Ltd. (“Metalinvest Remko”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an industrial metal-fabrication company established in 2002.

We only collect personal data that you choose to provide, primarily through our contact form. This may include:

  • Identification and contact details — first and last name, company name, country, email address and telephone number;
  • The subject and content of your message, and any files you choose to attach (e.g. technical drawings or specifications);
  • Technical data strictly necessary for the website to function — for example, a session identifier and a security (CSRF) token stored in essential cookies.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not send such information through the contact form.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries and preparing or performing a potential business relationship — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Operating and securing the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Complying with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for core functionality and security (such as keeping your session and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery). These cookies do not track you for advertising purposes and do not require consent.

If, in the future, we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested beforehand.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
