How we work
Our Process
From raw material to finished component — six structured stages built on precision, quality control, and industrial expertise.
Step 01 06
Material Preparation
- Selection of metals and other materials based on project requirements
- Inspection and quality control of all incoming materials
- Preparation for cutting, bending, and further processing
- Organization and labeling of materials for efficient workflow
- Handling of materials using our fleet of 23 cranes, ensuring safe and efficient movement from storage through all production stages up to packaging and logistics
Proper material preparation minimizes errors, reduces waste, and ensures that subsequent production stages proceed smoothly and efficiently. Our cranes play a key role in transporting materials safely and efficiently throughout the entire production process, from initial handling to final packaging and delivery. Accurate selection and handling of materials are crucial for high-quality results.
Step 02 06
Cutting and Shaping
- Cutting of metal sheets, bars, and profiles to exact measurements
- Shaping, bending, and forming components according to engineering drawings
- Use of CNC machines, laser cutters, and other advanced equipment
- Ongoing quality checks to maintain accuracy and minimize waste
Accurate cutting and shaping are critical for ensuring that all components fit perfectly during assembly. High-precision processes reduce errors, save materials, and guarantee the structural integrity of the final product.
Step 03 06
Bending
- Bending of sheets, bars, and profiles to exact angles and radii
- Adjustment and calibration of bending machines according to engineering drawings
- Continuous quality checks to ensure precision and avoid material stress
- Coordination with cutting and shaping stage to maintain seamless workflow
Accurate bending ensures that all components fit perfectly during assembly. Properly bent elements reduce the risk of errors, improve structural integrity, and maintain the high quality of the final product.
Step 04 06
Assembly and Welding
- Alignment and assembly of individual components based on engineering drawings
- Welding using advanced techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Continuous inspection during assembly to detect and correct any deviations
- Coordination among assembly teams to maintain workflow efficiency and safety
Proper assembly and welding ensure the structural integrity of the final product. Precision and quality at this stage reduce the risk of future failures, guarantee compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the longevity of the structures.
Step 05 06
Surface Treatment and Protection
- Application of corrosion protection coatings
- Painting or powder coating according to client requirements
- Surface finishing to achieve smoothness, texture, or color specifications
- Inspection and quality control to ensure uniform coverage and adhesion
Proper surface treatment protects metal structures from environmental factors, prolongs their lifespan, and ensures compliance with aesthetic and functional requirements. High-quality finishing adds value and reliability to every project.
Step 06 06
Packaging and Logistics
- Packaging of metal structures and components according to project specifications
- Use of protective materials to prevent damage during transport
- Organization of on-site and off-site logistics for smooth delivery
- Coordination with transportation partners to optimize routes and timing
Proper packaging and logistics guarantee that the products arrive at the client in perfect condition, ensuring satisfaction and reliability. Efficient handling and transport also minimize delays and reduce potential damage. From the initial handling of materials using our fleet of cranes to the careful packaging and delivery, every step in the process is designed to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
